The year is 2013. Post-war devastation has wreaked havoc on earth. A nomadic loner dicovers the remains of a mail carrier's jeep. He hopes that by using the driver's uniform and a sack full of undelivered mail it might be easier for him to get food and shelter from the townspeople. Instead he discovers that the mail brings hope.
