Maggie is a drug-addicted misfit condemned to death for first degree murder. Sitting on death row, she is amazingly recruited by a secret government agency which specialises in hi-tech assassination who want her to work for them, killing on command. They make her an offer she can't refuse. She can either work for them or die.
